I am honored to once again serve as your Chapter President for
the coming year.
I am replacing Fred Levien, who served as President for the past
year, but because of health reasons decided that he could not
continue for the full term. I told him when he took the job that it
was not for “sissies,” and it took him a year to realize that what I
told him was true! Seriously, Fred did an outstanding job and we all
appreciate the dedication and unselfish approach that he took in
discharging his responsibilities. He will continue to be involved
with the Chapter, but in a less-demanding role.
I speak for all of the Chapter Executive Committee and members in
thanking Fred for a job well done, and offering our best wishes for
good health and good fortune in the future.

Quote of the day:
"Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the
arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage
of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world
do not have."
-- Ronald Reagan
